Getting Started at 'A Dog's Day Out'... 

 

$15 Introduction Evaluation

 

All dogs must first pass our Introduction Evaluation before they can be accepted
for daycare or boarding in our cage-free daycare environment. 
This evaluation takes approximately 20 minutes.

of this page (for both Introduction Evaluations and/or FREE Play Days we host).

If you know your dog enjoys the company of other dogs their size,
& plays nicely, we encourage you to come into ADDO for our evaluation.

 

    ADDO welcomes Walk-In Evaluations & Tours 6 Days a Week:
   
 

Monday – Saturday  9:30am – 2:30pm  

(No Evaluations the day before/ the day of/ & the day after a Major US Holiday's, or on Major Holiday weekends)

*** Every Sunday:  No Tours or Introduction Evaluations. ***

 

       
Each new dog will have their opportunity to show our ADDO Manager's
how much they like our doggie oasis!

 

 
Which dogs pass their evaluation?
Friendly dogs that are at least 3+ months old.
If puppies, they must have completed the initial three rounds of booster vaccinations.
 Must be up-to-date on their annual: Rabies, Bordetella, & Distemper vaccinations.
Spayed or neutered after 7 months of age.
 
 

Specific play area (Small/ Medium/ or Large play group)
is determined by ADDO staff, with consideration to
each dog's: size, weight, age, & temperament. 

Which dog's might NOT pass their evaluation?
Dog's that are usually in charge around other dogs.
"Alpha Dog's"
Dog's that are too high energy/ over powering for their pack.
The most extremely shy dogs which may show defensive
aggression (simply too nervous to enjoy the fun).
Mature dogs which have not been around other dogs in their life.

A copy of your dog's vaccinations, along with a completed copy of our Pet Profile
& Owner Agreement are required on/ or before
your dog's first day of daycare/ boarding/ or  free play sessions
 at 'A Dog's Day Out'.
